Amenities guests search for
Guests filter before they read. Seven amenities to get right in your Dubai listing.
Wi-Fi and a workspace
Many guests filter for Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. If you have a proper desk and good Wi-Fi, list both and show them in photos.
A full kitchen
Families and longer stays look for a kitchen with real cookware. List the main appliances so guests know what they can cook.
Washer and dryer
In-home laundry matters on stays of a week or more. Say clearly whether there is a washer, a dryer or both.
Pool and gym access
Building facilities are a big draw in Dubai. List them, and say if access needs a card or has set hours.
Parking
Guests with cars filter for free parking on the premises. Only tick it if a bay really comes with the home.
Self check-in
Late arrivals look for self check-in. List it only if it works at any hour, without anyone needing to answer the phone.
Only what is true
Every amenity you tick is a promise. Listing something the home does not have is the fastest way to a bad review.

Questions
Amenities: host questions
Which amenities matter most for Airbnb guests in Dubai?
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a full kitchen, laundry, building facilities such as a pool and gym, and parking for guests with cars. Families and longer stays look hardest at the kitchen and laundry.
Should I list building facilities as amenities?
Yes, if guests can use them. Say if access needs a card or has set hours, so there are no surprises.
What happens if I list an amenity the home does not have?
Guests will notice, and it often leads to complaints, refunds or a poor review. Only list what is really there and working.
