Writing your Airbnb listing in Dubai
The title gets the click and the description gets the booking. Here is how to write both so guests book, and arrive happy.
Lead with the area and the view
Guests search by area. Put the area, the building or landmark, and the best feature in the title, such as a sea view or a short walk to the Metro.
Describe what is really there
Bedrooms, bed sizes, who it sleeps, workspace, kitchen kit, parking, pool and gym access. If the view is partial, say so.
Photos and words must match
Most complaints come from a listing that promised more than the home delivers. Accurate beats impressive.
Say how arrival works
Self check-in, reception or meeting in person, and what ID the guest must send first for registration.
State the house rules plainly
Most guests allowed, no parties, quiet hours, smoking. Rules in the listing are rules the guest agreed to.
Mention the permit
Show that the home is a licensed holiday home. It reassures guests and is part of running it properly.
Next: listing photos, better reviews and how to list on Airbnb.

Questions
Listing description: host questions
What should an Airbnb title in Dubai include?
The area or building, the type of home and its best feature, such as a sea view, a terrace or a short walk to the Metro.
How long should an Airbnb description be?
Long enough to answer what guests ask most: beds, who it sleeps, the view, check-in, parking, and the rules. Plain sentences beat long lists.
Should I mention a partial view or building works?
Yes. Guests who are told in advance rarely complain. Guests who are surprised often leave a poor review.
Does my listing need to show the holiday home permit?
Licensed holiday homes in Dubai should be able to show their permit. Showing it in the listing also builds trust with guests.
