Building approval first
Before listing on Airbnb, the building has to accept holiday home use. Ask The Edge's management office for its position in writing, and whether a no-objection letter is needed.
The permit
Every Airbnb let by the night in Dubai needs a holiday home permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism, held by you or a licensed operator.
Furnish to the interiors
The Edge's apartments have bold, colourful interiors and many face the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Canal or the Business Bay skyline. Furnish to match, and put the view in the first photo.
Sell the leisure deck
The podium deck has an infinity pool, gyms, padel and pickleball courts, plus a co-working space and games room. Guests staying a week or a month book for exactly that.
Stand out in a new tower
The towers were handed over in October 2026, so many units reach Airbnb in the same months. Good photos, a clear description and fast replies decide which ones book first.
Arrivals that work
A new tower means new access cards, parking and lobby rules. Give guests clear arrival steps, or have someone meet them in person.
